Q: What is Indian Ghost Pipe Tincture?
A tincture is an herbal medicinal remedy made from plant extracts, usually using ethanol as a solvent to extract the active ingredients in herbs.
Ghost Pipe Concentrate is made using ethanol (ie. food grade alcohol), which is used to concentrate the active ingredients.
The concentrate is then diluted with water.
I then have made different strengths of Ghost Pipe Tincture.
If you are unsure of what to try or may be best for you, start with the regular strength tincture.
Indian Ghost Pipe is said to help aid nerve pain, back pain, low back pain, testicle injury and testicular injuries, crushed and pinched nerves, and other debilitating nerve pain injuries. *
Indian Ghost Pipe is not a cure-all for pain, but may help to “take the edge off” and dull the sharpness of nerve pain someone is feeling, aiding the body to ease pain away over time. *
It can also help aid with anxiety, sleeplessness, and promote overall general well-being. *

Indian Ghost Pipe Tincture works best if used regularly over time as directed on the label.
Indian Ghost Pipe is an herbaceous perennial plant that has no chlorophyll, which is why it is entirely white. It is often mistaken as a fungus but is a plant, one of the handful of plant species that do not have chlorophyll like most plants do.
Indian Ghost Pipe in the wild will grow, produce flowers and seeds, and die all within the span of under 3 weeks. After it dies it dries out leaving the plant as a blackened corpse instead of the white ghost seen when it is alive.
It will start to grow in late spring and patches of it will grow, bloom, and die off continually throughout summer into late September. It is pollinated by bees and other insects, mostly bumble bees.
It does not grow everywhere and can be rare in some places. This makes it very difficult to find since it is time dependent and also has other particular ecological requirements.
It is associated with pine forests and the specific types of fungi that colonize the soils in those types of forests. It prefers shade as it has no chlorophyll, and wet, humid conditions on well draining hillsides.
Some other common names for Indian Ghost Pipe are Ghost Pipe, Corpse Plant, Ghost Plant, Indian Pipe, and Ghost Flower.

Q: Why Use A Tincture, Why Not Pills?
Why a tincture? Tinctures have been used as traditional vehicles for delivery of medicinal compounds for as long as history.
Instead of pills that are swallowed and must be digested to absorb into your body, which takes time for pain relief to be felt (often 20 minutes or longer), tinctures are taken by a few drops under the tongue, where they are absorbed directly into the body immediately, often likewise granting immediate and fast relief from pain.
Why wait 20 minutes for pain relief by taking pills when you can get pain relief nearly instantly using a tincture!
Indian Ghost Pipe is a plant that contains salycylic acid, an anti-inflammatory that has been used for a variety of ailments throughout history.
As compared to acetylsalycylic acid, the active ingredient in most aspirin brands, Indian Ghost Pipe offers a natural, organic alternative to refined and synthesized pharmaceutical drugs!
Ghost Pipe Tincture is not a cure all for diseases or snake oil; it is a natural, organic version of aspirin that is an alternative to over-the-counter big pharma aspirin brands found in any store!
Q: What Is In Ghost Pipe Tincture That Makes It Work?
Q: "Who makes this stuff?"
I'm a medicinal plant biologist and ecologist. I first learned about Indian Ghost Pipe and it's ancient medicinal uses in college, but I wasn't turned on to its actual medicinal properties and how good it works until much later in life when I was gifted Indian Ghost Pipe Tincture to try for my own nerve pain.
What more can I say, it really works!
Quality, Not Quantity
I was taught by a nurse who is also an herbalist how to harvest and extract Indian Ghost Pipe in nature.
I harvest my Ghost Pipe in the wild, harvesting the whole plant - root, stem, and flower top. The roots are said to have the highest amount of medicinal compounds, which some herbalists do not use in their tinctures.
It is said that it is best to harvest the plant and put it in a solvent like ethanol, ie. grain alcohol, for extraction quickly.
This may or may not be true, but I follow the hearth wisdom and statements of herbalists who have worked with this plant before me.
All I do is specialize in Indian Ghost Pipe now, studying it's lifecycle, it's uses, and making better extracts and tinctures.
I've had real bad nerve pain for years after a car accident, but this tincture has made a noticeable difference. Definitely highly recommend!
Customer Reviews
All my doctors do is try and put me on ssri's for a bunch of things, which I refuse to take because of their side effects. This is something I'm comfortable taking that helps my anxiety and doesn't have side effects and is also natural.
I've used ghost pipe for a long time and this brand is one of the best I've tried. Switching to you and writing a review! Thanks! I'm using the extra strength.

I really like this stuff. I use it for back pain in the morning, it takes all the stiffness I usually have away. Like, gone. I don't go without it now.

One of my medical practitioners uses it for their pain and let me try it for my arthritis (which nothing really helps with) and this actually works and works quick too. It doesn't take it all away but enough that I'm not hurting like I used to. Thank you!
Julie From New York
I didn't think this would work but it does! Tried it when my friend suggested to for my back. Found you from google.
